If you’ve gotten the impression that comic book movies are borrowing heavily from other comic book movies, you aren’t alone. From portals in the sky to heroes in giant metal suits and bad guys shooting deadly beams of light from their faces, Marvel movies (and aren’t they almost all Marvel movies…) all basically look the same. Their success is rubbing off on other spandex-based films.
