Supercut: Nearly a Century of Robots in Movies

By  · Published on February 9th, 2015

Robots! Those futuristic metallic beasts from the world of tomorrow are really, really old. Centuries, in fact, although our modern concept is creeping up on turning a hundred very soon.

This supercut of robots in movies from Fusion spans the many variations between The Mechanical Man in 1921 and Interstellar in 2014.

As we all know, Bubo is the best. Also, be careful watching this if you’re an old person because, at just over 2 minutes, you’ll be mesmerized long enough for the robots to sneak in and steal your medicine which they so desperately need for fuel. (h/t Laughing Squid)
