IESB is reporting that Keanu Reeves will most likely be opting out of being John Constantine again.

The whispers of a sequel have been floating around, fueled by director Francis Lawrence claiming in an interview to our friends at ShockTillYouDrop that a second Constantine might be an origin story or a continuation.

But if there is a second story, Reeves won’t be returning.

I’ll be the first to say that I don’t really mind that news. Reeves has never been a strong acting presence, and I’m sure there are a host of other actors that would be willing to take his place and do an outstanding job as the Hell Blazer.
