Roy explains the mission objective, “I’m attempting to stop an uncontrolled antimatter re-creation which threatens our entire solar system.” Well, that’s no good. A weapon that could collide antimatter and matter would result in a release of energy of more magnitude than any known fusion weapon. Currently, such a device is theoretical and requires literal trillions of dollars to produce the necessary antimatter.

“Spacecom believes my father is responsible.” How could he not be with a hard stare like that?
A less hateful-looking Clifford discusses his point of view, “We’re doing big things up here… real big.” What is the truth of McBride Sr.? It’s hard to say. All we see of him in the trailer are photographs and video. The real Clifford is being held for the climax of the film and a revelation that will certainly devastate his progeny.
Roy can’t sleep. His brain races with enough living nightmares. He has no time for the ones that await him in dreamland. He wonders, “What did he find out there in the abyss?” Answers to scary questions. Not the ones governments or people of the world want to hear.
