Small Apartments

The skin-crawling world of Small Apartments is presented without irony or judgment – so it’s not surprising that, in such an off-kilter environment, Matt Lucas’ Franklin Franklin (yes, that’s really his name) sounds relatively sane. Even when he’s off-handedly confessing to the murder of his landlord, Lucas’ delivery is so deadpan that no one takes him seriously – after all, why would Franklin kill anyone? Oh, possibly because (like everybody else in his crumbling apartment building) he’s totally deranged?



A few days ago we posted up some smaller images from the upcoming Tim Burton adventure Alice in Wonderland, as Disney has begun its long-haul marketing push. And as I recall, those images looked pretty neat, even if they were tiny. But today the folks at Disney have sent us the high resolution art so that we might share it with all of you.



We know you like comedy — so when Comedy Central dropped us a line and asked if we’d like to host a few exclusive video clips to introduce audiences to the characters from their upcoming series Krod Mandoon and the Flaming Sword of Fire, we said “sure, why not.” So here we go…



Casting continues for Tim Burton’s adaptation of Alice in Wonderland — we now know that it will include Tweedledee, Tweedledum and a former British Prime Minister.
