On this day in history, in the year 1904, Theodor Geisel, best known to the world as Dr. Seuss, was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. It is hard to know at the time if he knew how he felt about green eggs and ham, but we can safely assume that he wouldn’t have liked them, Sam I am. The Reject Report

Well, it was Horton who received a big golden Easter egg this weekend from the box office, as Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who! won at the box office for the second weekend in a row, as most everyone predicted. Horton finished with $25 million while Tyler Perry’s Meet the Browns did the best among new releases at $20 million. Again, no real surprises.
