Even though they and their studio brethren are doing everything possible to not make any news today, Paramount Pictures did send over a brand new featurette for Atonement director Joe Wright’s new film The Soloist. As we explained when we showed you the film’s first trailer the other day, the film follows the relationship between an LA Times journalist (Robert Downey Jr.) and a homeless, but immensely talented musician (Jamie Foxx). The film is based on the true story of Steve Lopez and Nathaniel Ayers Jr., both of whom appear in the video below. Have a look for yourself.

They have also released the first poster for the film, which can be seen in its large form by clicking below. The Soloist hits theaters on November 21st.
