Scott Pilgrim vs the World

Our friends in the UK may have yet another great reason to see Kick-Ass this weekend. That is, aside from my glowing Kick-Ass review from South by Southwest and the electric buzz radiating from the film. You see, Kick-Ass debuts in the UK on March 26, two weeks prior to its release here in the States. It will also have a trailer for Scott Pilgrim vs. the World attached to it, marking one of the most highly anticipated trailer debuts of the year.

Bleeding Cool originally reported the news yesterday, saying that the 83-second trailer would only debut on prints of Kick-Ass in the UK. And that we in the States would have to wait. They’ve since updated their story saying that the trailer may now debut online this weekend as well, allowing fans everywhere to get a look at the epic epicness of Edgar Wright’s next. Will we see Michael Cera and company bringing Bryan Lee O’Malley’s witty comic to life this weekend? Time will tell. For now, there’s reason for optimism.
