Agents of SHIELD

Footage being released online a day after a panel is one thing. The entire panel, in a way that appears to be sanctioned and not done on someone’s flip phone camera, is another thing entirely. That’s what we have with this version of the Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. panel that took place yesterday at Comic-Con. Thanks to the folks at Emergency Awesome, we’ve got a great look at the entire panel, save for the pilot that was shown. Get a look at what Joss Whedon, Clark Gregg, Ming-Na and others had to say about the upcoming ABC show.

Watch the entire panel below:

The series pilot was also debuted at Comic-Con last night. On that, our friend Peter at /Film had this to say:

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is a lot more entertaining than I had anticipated, and I was already excited to see the series. I was worried after seeing some of the footage that has been released online and considering the fact that Jeph Loeb is producing the series, that the show would be too much in the vibe of [Jeph] Loeb’s previous series Heroes. It does have the moments of goofiness and over-the-top action we sometimes come to expect from shows like Heroes or Smallville, but that aside, it was a lot of fun.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is set to debut September 24 on ABC.
