kruger-basterds-header

This one doesn’t make as much sense as the posters featuring Brad Pitt and Eli Roth, but I suppose we should just go with it. The Weinstein Company has released a brand new poster for Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds featuring dashing dame Diane Kruger.

As you may know by now, Basterds follows a rag-tag group of Jewish-American soldiers in WWII France who make their way by killing Nazis brutally and mercilessly. Kruger will play undercover agent Bridget Von Hammersmark, a dangerous dame who joins up with the Basterds in an attempt to take down the leadership of The Third Reich.

Check out the new poster below and click to enlarge. Inglourious Basterds hits theaters on August 21, 2009.
