Oscar Night 2009: Join Us For a Live-Blogging Event!

This announcement comes with its own exclamation point, therefore it must be important. Tomorrow night at 5PT/8ET we will be live-blogging the biggest night in show business thanks to the technological brilliance of both Cover It Live and Twitter. We will be rounding up various members of the FSR staff from around the world to Tweet-along with the big show live right here on this very page. We’ve also made it possible for you to participate without even having a Twitter account (though in fairness, you really should have one).We will also be conducting polls throughout the night, as well as providing commentary about the winners, speeches and other shenanigans that may ensue. We will begin broadcasting our feed live at 4:30PT/7:30ET.

For now, feel free to enter your email address below to sign up for the reminder service — this way you won’t forget about our little sub-event event. For more information about the 81st Academy Awards, including a listing of nominees, head over to Oscar.com. Until tomorrow, stay classy…
