Synopsis: During his trek home to Sydney from the nowhere town of Tiboonda, bonded school teacher John Grant gets side-tracked in the rough and tumble town of Bundanyabba, or as the locals call it, The Yabba. What starts with some hesitant gambling to win enough money to quit his teaching job quickly spirals into a hellish span of five days stuck with hard drinking, hard fighting, quick shooting Australian rednecks who escort Grant to the gates of his own hell.

Synopsis: A small northern California town celebrates its centennial, but when a thick, mysterious fog envelops the town the residents discover their history may not be one worth celebrating. Elizabeth (Jamie Lee Curtis) is just passing through when the nightmare begins, but she’s quickly drawn into a fight for her life alongside the studly Nick Castle (Tom Atkins), suspiciously guilty priest (Hal Holbrook) and sexy-voiced DJ Stevie (Adrienne Barbeau). Something is in the fog, and it’s armed with sharp-edged weapons.

Synopsis: A small town in upstate Spain starts losing citizens to a garden pest when carnivorous slugs decide they want to move up the food chain. Mike Brady (Michael Garfield), once a happily married architect with a blond wife and six kids is now just a happily married county health inspector with a brunette wife. He’s the first to suspect the salt-hating gastropods are to blame for the town’s recent rash of gory deaths, but the other authorities are slow to believe him so he joins forces with the local waterworks man and a British slug expert in the hopes of stopping the slimy onslaught before it’s too late.

Synopsis In Robert Rodriguez’s instant zombie classic, a small Texas town becomes ground zero for a gruesome epidemic when the Army’s “Project Terror” – a biochemical doomsday weapon – mutates a platoon of soldiers (and eventually most of the townspeople) into raving, pustulent cannibals. Leading the charge against the zombies are a hard-assed sheriff (Michael Biehn), a lone wolf with a checkered past (Freddy Rodriguez (no relation to Robert)) and Cherry Darling – a one-legged go-go dancer (Rose McGowan). Of course, she’s not one-legged at the start of the film. That would make no sense. How she loses the leg and winds up with a machine gun prosthetic is a tale for the annals of horror legend.

Synopsis In the live action short film that inspired the full-length stop-motion film in 2012, young Victor Frankenstein turns to the powers of science and electricity to bring his dog Sparky back to life. After his experiment is a success, the young boy must try to hide the cute, misunderstood monstrosity from an easily frightened neighborhood.

Will the scientific-minded Dr. Paul Eswai (Giacomo Rossi-Stuart) survive a supernatural test? Is the town witch (Fabienne Dali) helping or is she behind the murders? What lies at the mysterious Graps Estate? And which hut does Vigo the Carpathian from Ghostbusters 2 live in?

Synopsis: Two American friends backpacking through the UK are attacked on the moors by a werewolf. Jack (Griffin Dunne) is mauled to death, but David (David Naughton)survives the attack with bite and claw wounds. Dreams where he runs naked through the woods tearing into animals with his teeth hint that something is wrong, and visits from a decomposing Jack seem to confirm it. Something is very wrong indeed. Thankfully, it’s also very very funny.

Synopsis: One faithful night in a small Americana town in California, a mysterious UFO lands to unleash an army of invaders. These invaders have a familiar look as they come from an alien race that resembles circus clowns. A couple on their way to a make-out spot discover the spaceship, and they try to warn the town about the killer clowns coming their way, encasing the victims in caustic cotton candy cocoons to be drunk later with crazy straws. However, this is obviously ridiculous, and no one believes them.

Synopsis: The Maine woods are under attack from corporate profiteers, but when people start showing up dead the suspects range from rogue bears to radical environmentalists to ornery Injuns. Dr. Rob (Robert Foxworth) and his wife (Talia Shire) head to the area to investigate a local lumber company accused of polluting the nearby rivers, and they find a connection between man’s disregard of the environment, some strange aberrations amidst the wildlife and the vicious mutilation deaths.

Or will they just think he’s a perverted Alfred Hitchcock fan with a Bigfoot fetish…

Synopsis As a small mining company works to re-open an abandoned silver mine, employee Mark (Fred McCarren) invites his girlfriend Jessica (Ann-Marie Martin) and her friend Trish (Rebecca Balding) to join him and buddy Roger (Jeff Harlan) for a weekend off of work relaxing at a mountain cabin. What they didn’t plan on though was their work in the mines releasing the Boogens, a bloodthirsty breed of creature that caused the closure of the mine a hundred years prior.

Synopsis: Father Sang-hyeon (Song Kang-ho) is searching for ways to help his flock, but when a failed medical experiment leaves him with a thirst for blood and a craving for life’s more carnal desires he finds serving the Lord may no longer be an option. Complicating things further is a young woman named Tae-ju (Kim Ok-bin) whose plea for help leads to seduction, murder and a threat to his new lifestyle. Director Park Chan-wook‘s last Korean film before turning his eye towards his upcoming American debut (Stoker) is a sexy, bloody, beautifully shot and blackly comic horror film.

Synopsis: A tough, young co-ed named Kelly (Daphne Zuniga in her first film role) is juggling the final week of joining the Delta Ro Kai sorority, parents (Vera Miles and Clu Gulager!) who treat her like a child, a new psychologist boyfriend and, as we’ve all experienced, terrifying nightmares that seem to point toward the nine years of memories she can’t recover. We all dream about a man boning our mom, then fighting a stranger who gets lit on fire, right? Right, everyone? Raise your hands. So poor Kelly is trying to solve the riddle of her childhood while, hundreds of miles away, a mental patient with burn scars escapes, and now people in Kelly’s life are ending up with hand rakes shoved into their throats. All of it comes to a head in an empty mall as the pledges conduct an overnight prank to ensure their membership. Too bad their desire to be accepted by people who judge them for being a pound overweight puts them in a locked building with a murderer. Let’s just hope there’s a crazy twist!

Synopsis Rosemary Woodhouse (Mia Farrow) and her husband Guy (John Cassavetes) move into an old Gothic Manhattan apartment building with an unsavory reputation. An aura of evil hangs over the building according to their good friend Hutch, but Rosemary and Guy aren’t put off by the stories and rumors. This is their dream apartment, and no tales of murder, mayhem and covens of witches are going to stop them from moving in. Their next door neighbors, Roman and Minnie Castevet are friendly and helpful, more helpful than Rosemary could ever imagine. Suddenly Guy, a struggling actor, starts getting the parts he’s missed out on. An actor suddenly goes blind, paving the way for Guy to get his career on track. Things are going better than ever and Guy who had been reluctant to have a child is all for it much to Rosemary’s surprise and delight. But be careful what you wish for especially when your ambitious husband has become BFF’s with the creepy couple next door.

Synopsis: Hell hath no fury like a slighted, backwoods widower with access to a witch. I mean, right? After country store owner Ed Harley’s (Lance Henriksen) simple life is shattered by the accidental death of his son under the wheels of a careless city slicker’s dirt-bike, he helps resurrect vengeance incarnate. The demon Pumpkinhead proceeds to stalk those Harley holds responsible for his son’s death, killing them more often than not by unnecessarily climbing on top of stuff and grabbing their faces. When Harley sees the error of his actions, it’s showdown time between he and the hell-beast he summoned.

Synopsis: Two lovable and charming rednecks find themselves tangled up in one mother of a misunderstanding when they cross paths with a group of teenagers out for a relaxing weekend. When their good intentioned rescue of a damsel in distress is mistaken for a kidnapping, teenager after teenager falls all over themselves in a misguided rescue attempt that almost always ends up with a confused redneck and a very dead teenager.

Synopsis: After suffering through the loss of his wife, all Michael wants to do is get his life back on track; problem is,  he’s the manager of a popular spa that houses some murderous gym equipment. What began as a series of bogus accidents soon escalates to something more sinister. With patrons dropping like dumbbells, it’s up to him to learn the secret behind the trendy club’s malevolence. Health and fitness can drive people to some bizarre extremes, but what can be done when it’s the gym that needs exorcising?
